Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Review Nova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

Description of Service

Review Nova is a Shopify application that enables merchants to collect, manage, and display product reviews on their storefronts. The service includes an admin panel for review management, storefront theme blocks for displaying reviews, and analytics.

Account Terms

You must have a valid Shopify store to use Review Nova. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. You must provide accurate and complete information when using our service.

Payment and Billing

All billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your account. Plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the Shopify admin.

• Pro Plan: $19.99/month (unlimited reviews)
• All plans include a 7-day free trial

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit fake or misleading reviews
• Attempt to access other merchants' data
• Reverse engineer or disassemble the application
• Exceed reasonable API usage limits

Intellectual Property

Review Nova and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Review Nova and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Review content submitted by your customers remains your responsibility.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may uninstall the application at any time through your Shopify admin.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Nova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
