Review Nova pricing plans and billing management.

Plans

Review Nova offers two plans to fit your needs:

Basic

  • Up to 500 reviews
  • Full admin panel access
  • All storefront theme blocks
  • Email support

Pro

  • Unlimited reviews
  • Full admin panel access
  • All storefront theme blocks
  • Priority support

You can see current pricing on the Billing page inside your admin panel.

Both plans include a 7-day free trial so you can test all features before committing.

Billing

All charges are handled through the Shopify Billing API. Review Nova charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges.

Upgrading or Downgrading

To change your plan:

  1. Open Review Nova from your Shopify admin
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Confirm the change

Plan changes take effect immediately. When downgrading, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, uninstall Review Nova from Apps in your Shopify admin. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reinstall.
