Analytics Overview

The Analytics page provides insights into your review performance and customer feedback trends.

Rating Distribution

A visual breakdown of how your reviews are distributed across star ratings (1 through 5). This helps you quickly identify the overall sentiment of your customer feedback.

Average Rating

Your store's average rating is calculated from all approved reviews. Track how this metric changes over time to gauge customer satisfaction.

Review Counts

Monitor your review volume with counts for:

• Total reviews: All-time approved reviews
• Reviews this month: Current month's submissions
• Pending reviews: Reviews awaiting moderation

Per-Product Stats

Each product has its own rating statistics, including average rating and total review count. These stats are pre-computed and update automatically when reviews are approved or rejected.
