Review Form Block

The Review Form block lets customers submit product reviews directly from your storefront.

Adding the Block

Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
Navigate to your product page template
Click Add block and select Review Nova - Review Form
Position the block below the reviews list or in a suitable location
Save your theme

Form Fields

The review form collects:

Star rating: Interactive star selector (1 to 5 stars, required)
Title: Short review headline (required)
Body: Detailed review text (required)
Name: Reviewer's display name (required)
Email: Reviewer's email address (required, not displayed publicly)

Customization Options

Configure through the theme editor:

Button color: Submit button background color
Button text: Customize the submit button label (default: "Submit Review")
Success message: Message shown after successful submission

Moderation

Submitted reviews follow your store's moderation settings. If auto-approve is disabled, reviews will be held for manual approval before appearing on your storefront. See Settings for moderation options.
