Products

Products Overview

The Products page lists all products in your store alongside their review statistics.

Product List

Each product entry displays:

• Product name and image
• Average rating: The product's average star rating
• Review count: Total number of approved reviews
• Pending count: Reviews awaiting moderation for this product

Use the search bar to find specific products by name.

Product Detail View

Click any product to see all reviews associated with it. From this view you can:

• Browse all reviews for the product
• Approve or reject pending reviews
• View the rating distribution specific to that product

Products Without Reviews

Products that have not received any reviews yet are still listed, making it easy to identify which products may benefit from review collection efforts such as post-purchase email campaigns.
