Managing Reviews

Review Management

The Reviews page lets you view, moderate, and manage all reviews submitted to your store.

Moderation

Each review can be approved or rejected:

• Approve: Makes the review visible on your storefront
• Reject: Removes the review from public display

Reviews with a pending status (no approval date) will not appear on your storefront until approved. You can configure auto-approval in Settings.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple reviews using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions:

• Approve selected reviews
• Reject selected reviews
• Delete selected reviews

Filtering and Search

Use the toolbar to narrow down your review list:

• Status filter: Show all, pending, approved, or rejected reviews
• Rating filter: Filter by star rating (1-5 stars)
• Search: Search by reviewer name, review title, or review body
• Product: Filter reviews by a specific product

Review Details

Click any review to see its full details, including the reviewer's name, email, the associated product, and the full review text.
