Customers Overview

The Customers page shows all customers who have submitted reviews on your store.

Customer List

Each entry displays:

• Customer name and email address
• Total reviews: Number of reviews submitted by this customer
• Average rating: The customer's average rating across all their reviews

Use the search bar to find customers by name or email.

Customer Detail View

Click any customer to see all reviews they have submitted. This helps you:

• Identify your most active reviewers
• Spot patterns in customer feedback
• Review a specific customer's history across multiple products

Privacy

Customer email addresses are collected as part of the review submission process and are only visible to store administrators. They are never displayed publicly on your storefront. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
